Machine Your Own Ceramic Components

ACI can provide all of its generic materials in a semi-fired state so that they can be machined using conventional tooling and methods to near final shape. These blanks can be supplied in a variety of sizes and shapes for the customers who want to machine their own parts. ACI will toll sinter the parts after you have machined them if you wish. Spare material from the same material and pressing lot is always supplied to make shrinkage test coupons.
